Tania is a strategic, creative, and multi-awarded marketing leader with over 12 years of experience in building global brands. Her journey in the world of marketing began with TENCEL™, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and global presence.

As a Global Brand Manager in Singapore since December 2021, Tania has steered international efforts to build global and regional brands' mindshare across both the B2C and B2B space. She's responsible for developing core brand narratives, positioning, architecture, claims, messaging strategy, tone of voice, visual identity, and marketing strategy.

Tania's work goes beyond TENCEL™. She has built a robust network within the fashion industry, collaborating with renowned brands, yarn and fabric producers across SEA, Oceania, Europe, and America. She has fostered relationships with esteemed media outlets like Vogue and Harper's Bazaar and has coordinated successful collaborations with prestigious fashion weeks such as London Fashion Week. Her experience also extends to working closely with talented global designers, including her involvement with RCGD for the Oscars in 2022-2023.

Before her international endeavors, Tania made significant contributions to building global brands in Indonesia, such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Stella McCartney, Paul Smith, Carven, Marc by Marc Jacob, and Quiksilver. In these roles, she honed her skills in brand management, marketing strategies, and team leadership.

Throughout her career, Tania has been dedicated to the principles of sustainability, ensuring that every initiative she leads contributes positively to both brand growth and the well-being of our planet. Additionally, she led digital transformation for Lenzing, driving automation and campaign testing, enhancing the company's digital capabilities for the future.
